Time for a newsletter again.
Quite an exciting month for me, with the launch of my CD of Stenhammar piano music on Hyperion Records drawing closer. It comes out on the 1 November but can be pre-ordered now on www.hyperion-records.co.uk.

What about concerts then? Well, there are three. . .
On Friday 17 October at 10.00pm in the New College Ante-Chapel, Oxford, UK. As part of the world-renowned Oxford Lieder Festival I will perform three movements from Messiaen's Vingt Regards sur l'Enfant-Jésus in a late night all Messiaen concert.

Then on Tuesday 21 October at 8.00pm in the Holywell Music Room, Oxford, UK. The Oxford Lieder Festival again, and a recital with baritone Giles Underwood this time. Programme will include songs and piano music by Vaughan Williams, Stenhammar and Ferguson.

Then, finally, on Wednesday 29 October at 7.00pm at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, London, UK. A one hour solo recital to mark the release of the Stenhammar CD. I will play a programme of Swedish music; Roman, Anders Nilsson and Stenhammar. Opportunity to buy the CD after the concert.
